1. Shipping

Orders within Yerevan typically arrive 1–2 days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, carrier delays).
1.2 Shipping Fee

A flat delivery fee of 1,000 AMD applies for orders delivered within Yerevan.

For deliveries outside Yerevan or other regions, please check our website or contact customer support for the shipping fee and estimated delivery times.
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information (if available). You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
2. Pick-Up
2.1 Pick-Up Availability
We offer next-day pick-up for online orders at our store locations. Simply choose “In-Store Pick-Up” during checkout, and select your preferred location.

2.3 Pick-Up Process

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pick-up (usually within one business day).

3. Delivery Issues
3.1 Delay or Failed Delivery
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3.2 Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@machon.am or call our customer service line. We will work with you to correct the issue—either by sending the correct item or processing a refund/store credit.
