Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the brand tag intact.
Receipt required for return: for any returns, customers must provide the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
Machon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria. 

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
