SHIPPING  INFORMATION

1. Shipping

1.1 Delivery Time

• Orders within Yerevan are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Deliveries to other regions of Armenia usually take 4–5 business days.

Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather or courier delays).

1.2 Shipping Fee

Shipping is free across Armenia.
However, if an order is refused and returned, a return fee of 1,000 AMD will be charged.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email (or SMS, if applicable) with tracking details. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

2. Delivery Issues

3.1 Delay or Failed Delivery
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3.2 Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@machon.am or call our customer service line. We will work with you to correct the issue—either by sending the correct item or processing a refund/store credit.
